Elowen was born in Melbourne, Australia. Participating in this challenge (twice) was an important part of realising my dream as well as sustaining a healthy pregnancu and delivering a very healthy baby. Hold onto your dream. xo.
Hi, my name is Helena and we are 16 weeks pregnant with a baby boy, due August 22. We've been on this road for almost 8 years. Before I joined Gabriela's program, we had 2 failed IUI's and 3 failed IVF's. At my last appointment, after my last failed IVF, my doctor told me that without the donor eggs I will never get pregnant. I knew there was something else I can do. At that time I came across Gabriela's 14 day fertility challenge and I knew that was it for me. It took little time to convince my husband to join me, but I was able to do so, and now he tell me how great this program is, not only because we got pregnant, but he lost over 60 lbs in only 5 months and he says he never felt better in his life. We got pregnant after a year being on a program. It was a natural pregnancy, no IVF, no donor eggs. We couldn't be happier and I know if I didn't join this program, I wouldn't be here pregnant today.
Thank you Gabriela, Alison and the whole team for your amazing help and support. We couldn't have done this without you. THANK YOU.
Introducing... Rachel Jo-Ann. Born 6 lbs 2 ozs.
She wouldn't be here without the NFB Team & all the hard work we put in, so thank you soooo much to Gabriela, Alison, Jo & team for helping to create this healthy little cherub. "Gabriela" was on the name shortlist, but "Rachel" just pipped it to the post!
Gabriela thank you for helping to make our dream come true. Thank god we found you!!
Lots of love:- Jean, Craig & Rachel xx
My husband and I have been trying for a little over 2 years to become pregnant. I was just getting ready to start our second round of fertility treatments with Clomid and IUI treatments at the beginning of October(waiting for my period to start) And we found out that im pregnant.
We were on Fermara from Febuary-April, and were unsuccessful. Also, had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy done in Septemeber with no findings and everything was good. I took part of the last 14 day Fertility Challenge™, changed my eating habits, chemcials, you name it i did it! And I truly believe we are pregnant now becuase if the lifestyle choices we changed. That if it was not for this group, we would not have been successful.
Oh, and the little monkey was from a friend who also took part of the 14 day Fertility Challenge™ and gave this to me as a reminder to keep my hope as time will come! And here we are, almost 6 weeks!

Tap on a question to uncover the answer.
We are offering The Fertility Challenge™ program completely free because we believe everyone deserves access to the answers and support they need to overcome fertility challenges.
For over two decades, we have seen the impact of incomplete, costly, and often ineffective treatments on couples struggling to conceive. Too many people say, “I wish we had known about you sooner.” By making this program free, we are removing financial barriers and helping as many people as possible take the right first step—one grounded in science, clarity, and proven success.
We also want to challenge the status quo. Expensive, invasive fertility treatments should not be the first option for couples trying to conceive—or a cycle that couples endlessly repeat after failed attempts.
Proper diagnosis and actionable solutions are critical. This program provides clear, evidence-based steps to uncover the root causes of reproductive challenges for both male and female fertility.⁴⁻⁵ From there, you will have the knowledge and confidence to take meaningful actions that bring you closer to holding your baby.
This is not just about providing tools; it is about delivering real, lasting results. By offering this program for free, we are honoring our commitment to support families and help you take charge of your fertility journey with clarity and confidence.
In this program, you will gain the essential knowledge and tools to overcome infertility and recurrent miscarriages, even when other treatments have failed. Best of all, it is free.
The Fertility Challenge™ program is built on the proven framework developed at The Rosa Institute, the foundation of beautiful babies and families we have helped create since 2001. Originally offered from 2011 to 2021 in a different format, this program is back—more effective than ever—designed to provide clarity and actionable solutions for those facing fertility challenges.
The program addresses one of the biggest barriers to holding your baby: insufficient or unclear diagnoses. Many patients feel frustrated by unexplained infertility or miscarriage diagnoses, and rightly so. You deserve clear answers and a personalized path forward, which is exactly what this program delivers.
What you will receive:
The F.E.R.T.I.L.E. Method® is a science-based, integrative approach created by Harvard University-awarded fertility specialist Gabriela Rosa. The FERTILE Method® is the foundational framework for The Fertility Challenge™ program and all the signatures programs delivered at The Rosa Institute.
The results observed through the application of this method have been consistently reproducible. This method enables us to guide our patients on a comprehensive journey, addressing every aspect of fertility with precision and care. Combining diagnostics, personalized treatments, and foundational support, it turns what can feel like a confusing and overwhelming process into a clear, step-by-step path toward achieving your dream of parenthood.
1. Diagnostics: Comprehensive testing to uncover the root causes of infertility and recurrent miscarriage or fertility treatment failure. This includes evaluating obstacles to optimum fertility while addressing physical and biochemical imbalances.
2. Treatment: A holistic, personalized approach integrating epigenetic science to enhance reproductive health, targeting egg and sperm quality, hormonal balance, and overall wellbeing for optimal outcomes.
3. Foundations: Strengthening vital fertility pillars—nutrition, movement, mindset, relationships, emotional health, and intimacy—while preparing for parenthood ensures a strong, supportive foundation for both partners on the journey to a healthy pregnancy and family.
Unlike other treatments, The Fertility Challenge™ program is not tied to any specific method or approach to conception. Whether you are pursuing natural conception, IVF/ICSI, donor eggs, surrogacy, or another path, we remain impartial. Our focus is on uncovering the root causes of any existing challenges and addressing them effectively so you can achieve your ultimate goal and hold your baby sooner.
1. Uncovering the root cause
Traditional treatments often skip critical diagnostic steps, leaving unanswered questions about the underlying factors affecting fertility. Our program prioritizes comprehensive testing to identify and address the root causes of infertility and recurrent miscarriage, ensuring no stone is left unturned.
2. Tailored, personalized care
Grounded in the F.E.R.T.I.L.E Method®, we provide custom recommendations based on your diagnostic test results, health history, and personal circumstances. Each step is designed to meet your unique needs and optimize your fertility potential while addressing any complicating factors.
3. Whole-person approach
Beyond medical procedures, we evaluate key factors such as lifestyle, environmental exposures, emotional health, relationships, and other elements that impact fertility.⁶⁻⁹ That is why we place such a strong emphasis on optimizing overall health while addressing infertility and recurrent miscarriages—especially when the journey has not been straightforward. These are often signs of potentially hidden or silent health challenges later in life.¹⁰⁻¹¹ This comprehensive view helps improve both short-term outcomes and long-term quality of life and wellbeing.
4. Fertility is a team sport.
Fertility is a shared journey, and our program ensures both partners are actively involved in assessments and treatments. By working together as a team, couples can maximize their chances of success, leaving nothing to chance on their path to holding a healthy baby.¹²⁻¹³
5. Proven success and expertise
With a 78.8% live birth rate, even in cases where other treatments have failed, The Fertility Challenge™ program is backed by decades of experience, evidence-based methods, and a team led by a Harvard-awarded fertility specialist.¹ We focus not just on helping you conceive but also on maintaining the health and vitality needed to raise your baby or babies.
The Fertility Challenge™ program is designed for couples or individuals who have been struggling to conceive or maintain a healthy pregnancy to term. It is especially suited for those who have experienced failed treatments—or for those looking to prevent going down the path of failed attempts and unsuccessful treatments altogether.
We specialize in addressing complex cases, including unexplained infertility, recurrent miscarriage, failed IVF/ICSI or donor cycles, immunological factors, and both male and female factors affecting fertility or the ability to deliver a healthy baby.
This program focuses on achieving deep and accurate diagnoses, prescribing the right evidence-based supplementation and lifestyle-as-medicine strategies tailored to your diagnostic test results, and optimizing conception timing and methods specific to your circumstances.
The goal is to leave nothing to chance and no stone unturned. With our help, you will identify and address the obstacles holding you back, especially if you feel like you have tried everything but have yet to succeed.
At worst, The Fertility Challenge™ program will provide fresh, actionable ideas to help you finally hold your baby—as long as you are willing to invest the energy and effort needed to transform your results.
Delivering large-scale programs in a personalized way is an art—and one we have mastered. Having successfully delivered public health interventions to hundreds of thousands of people across 111 countries, we know it is possible to create an intimate and impactful experience, even for large groups.
Currently, we are limiting enrollment to just 30 participants to ensure couples receive a level of support comparable to our signature Fertility Breakthrough Program™, which delivers a 78.8% live birth rate.¹
At The Rosa Institute, we pride ourselves on rolling out the red carpet for the couples we treat one-on-one, and we aim to bring that same level of care to the scope we will address in this program.
With over two decades of experience delivering fertility treatments since 2001, we know exactly what it takes to achieve real results and meet the unique needs of the couples who seek our support.
What you can expect:
